What We're Looking For

* Strong programming skills (4+ years experience)
* Web development experience (2+ years, preferably using Ruby on Rails)
* Experience working with Ruby (1+ year)
* Comfort with HTML, CSS, & JavaScript
* Enthusiasm to work in a team where you can learn from and teach your peers
* An understanding that coding is an art, and a strong desire to improve your craft
